The Muscogee (Creek) Nation (MCN), headquartered in Okmulgee, Oklahoma, is a sovereign, self-governed Native American tribe. As the fourth-largest tribe in the United States, MCN is a vibrant and diverse nation with a wide range of enterprises and services spanning business, education, healthcare, cultural preservation, infrastructure, and tourism.

The Muscogee (Creek) Nation Supreme Court serves as the highest judicial authority within Muscogee jurisdiction. With exclusive appellate jurisdiction over all civil and criminal matters, the Court ensures the fair and final interpretation of Mvskoke law. Comprised of seven justices appointed by the Principal Chief and confirmed by the National Council, the Court upholds the sovereign legal traditions of the Muscogee Nation.
